Jennifer was great with our two cats with two visits each day and lots of pictures and communication. We've never left our cats within the care of someone we didn't know, however upon meeting Jennifer there was immediate comfort. While we were away, we had an emergency that delayed our return and Jennifer quickly agreed to extend the care period until we returned and was extremely caring and concerned about our situation. Jennifer really went above and beyond for our fur baby! The power went out at our house on a 97 degree day and of course we panicked being 400 miles away. She offered to bring over her portable air conditioner over to our house to keep it cool! Fortunately it did not come to that, but her resourcefulness and dedication to our baby was really very special. Not to mention her reassurance that all was good and we did not need to worry!
